I have very bad credit and I need to be approved for a mortgage loan. What are my options?
I am a married man with three kids. I live in the murder capital of the world. (Philly) I am trying desperately to move my family out of the city and away from sinceless crime. I also want my kids to attend better schools. My goal is to move to the suburbs and relocate my family. However I have one problem, my credit is horrible. What can I do? I need help bad!!!!!
