So heres the situation. My grandmother lived in a nice house, but disappeared suddenly. She left no will, nothing about who has the house for me and my mother committed to progress. Homeowners insurance has been canceled. And now we can get the refinanced mortgage Because the only name on the house is my grandmother. Does anyone know what we can do in this situation?
